Welcome to the Bay Cloverhill Community Association (BCCA)!  We are glad to have you as part of this dedicated residents’ association.  The neighbourhood boundaries are Queen’s Park Crescent West, Charles Street, Yonge Street and College Street.

Each full membership building should have a designated representative who attends  General Members Meetings and can vote as required.  The building representative should report on meeting content to their respective board and property manager.  General Members Meetings are typically held virtually at 7 p.m. on the third Monday of January, March, June, and September.  Building with more than 100 units are entitled to have a secondary voting representative.  An invoice for membership dues is issued annually.

The Annual General Meeting takes place at 7 pm on the third Monday of each November.

Communication

Please visit our website www.baycloverhill.com.  There is extensive information on the organization, projects, developments and information on the neighbourhood.  Minutes of meetings, special events, announcements and the constitution are available on the website.

We encourage you to promote the BCCA to the residents and owners in your building.  Follow us on Twitter and Instagram @baycloverhillcommunity and join our Facebook group “Bay Cloverhill Community”.  Include BCCA information that is emailed to you periodically in your building newsletter, resident meetings or post on your building portal, so that all residents can be knowledgeable about area events and information.

Please let us know if you are interested in a BCCA presentation at an AGM or resident’s meeting for your building. Our general email is [email protected].  Contact us if you have any questions or suggestions.

Volunteer

Each January, 3 year executive positions that are expired are up for election.  We have a President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary and Director who meet bi-monthly.

Executive members, committee and project volunteers are always needed.  For example, the  Development Committee is very active and can use individuals with experience in architecture, construction or community building.  There are several external committees or organizations that you can participate as a BCCA representative.  Help make the Bay Cloverhill neighbourhood even better!
