BCCA Call for Candidates and AGM - Save the Date!

​As the date of our BCCA AGM draws closer, we would like to bring the following to your attention:

1) BCCA AGM Reminder Date: Monday November 21, 2022 Time: 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm Virtual Meeting: More details will be provided closer to the date.  * Please feel free to pass along these details to friends and neighbours

2) BCCA Elections Announcement There are 3 Executive positions up for election this year, President, Treasurer and Director.  All terms are 3 years, starting in January 2023.  Norm Waite has agreed to remain in his role as Treasurer and Christine Dingemans will accept a nomination for President. If you are interested in taking an active role in joining the Executive, send your name to [email protected] by November 10, 2022. If there are multiple candidates for the President, Treasurer or Director positions, online secret voting will take place from November 12 to November 18, 2022. Otherwise, the positions will be acclaimed at the AGM on November 21, 2022.    Please see the attached file for more details.
