Federal Election

General Information

The 45th federal election has been called for Monday April 28th.  You can find current information at Elections Canada's website www.elections.ca. Due to the 2022 federal ward redistribution, riding boundaries have changed.  Instead of the Bay Cloverhill neighbourhood being split between Toronto Centre and University Rosedale, as of the current federal election cycle, all of Bay Cloverhill will be in the University Rosedale riding.

Ways to vote:

• at Elections Canada office from Sunday March 23rd until 6 pm on Tuesday April 22nd
• by mail until Tuesday April 22nd 
• at advance voting Friday April 18th to Monday April 21st from 9 am to 9 pm (Easter weekend) at Cumberland Terrace, 820 Yonge Street
• on election day Monday April 28th from 9:30 am to 9:30 pm at Central YMCA, 20 Grosvenor Street (if there isn't a polling station located in your building)

The official list of candidates for Members of Parliament (MP) will be available Wednesday April 9th. Voters information cards should be received by Friday April 11th.  A guide to the federal election brochure will be mailed to all households Monday April 14th.
