Starting October 2021, Toronto Hydro will be upgrading overhead electrical cables and installing hydro poles in the Bay Cloverhill neighbourhood, in the area bounded by Bay Street to Grosvenor Street to Queen's Park's Crescent West to Charles Street. Work is scheduled to be completed in December 2022.
