The Bay Cloverhill Community Association needs you to vote on neighbourhood projects, through the Toronto Centre Projects Participatory Budgeting program.  Please vote by October 31st on your preferred projects from the following list, to a maximum total of $750,000 available for all projects in Zone 1, which includes the Bay Cloverhill neighbourhood.

  1. Bay Street Bioswale Expansion: Increase the number of trees in sidewalks to help with stress relief, provide shade and reduce flooding.
  2. New Tree Planters Along St. Nicholas and Irwin Street: we need more trees and plants in our urban area.
  3. St. Joseph bump outs at Bay and Yonge: Increase pedestrian safety and reduce wrong way traffic.
  4. St. Luke Lane resurfacing: Install permeable pavers from Breadalbane to Grosvenor which has the benefit of improving water drainage, reducing heat reflection and looks nicer than concrete.
  5. Planter Sculptures: whimsical art that reflects the history of Taddle Creek would add beauty, similar to what the bird sculptures temporarily did for Bloor Street
  6. 145 St. Luke Lane art mural: the small studio/office building is adjacent to Dr. Lillian McGregor Park and provides an opportunity to replace graffiti with art
  7. Outdoor art mural (8 Breadalbane): the small retail building is adjacent to Dr. Lillian McGregor Park and it could be transformed as an art installation
  8. 15 Breadalbane art mural: the side of the Toronto YMCA Family Development Centre adjacent to St. Luke is a brick wall that could be transformed by a creative painter

Support neighbourhood improvements by voting for your preferred projects at: https://torontocentreprojects.ca/.../2023-pb-zone-1. by October 31st!  Thank you to Councillor Moise and his office for this opportunity to choose the best capital projects for residents of Bay Cloverhill.

Your Vote Matters!  Thank you for your support.
